MECHANICS:


1. Pagkafull payment ng Lote or Required Minimum Payment, ay pwede nang iprocess ang sasakyan.

2. Ang DP(maximum of 50k or 100k depende sa uri ng Car) and monthly payment naman ay responsibility ng Company. 

3. Maaavail sa pamamagitan ng Five Year Car Loan (for the account of buyer). 

4. Sa poder ng kumuha ng lote ipapangalan ang Car loan. Requirement ng mag aapply ang isubmit.

5. Ang approval ng Car Loan ay depende sa Credit Standing ng magaapply.

MECHANICS:


1. Avail any Brand New Car to get a chance to choose a Farm or Beach lot.

2. Choose a Lot within the price range of the credited amount of the 30% of the Car Price.

MECHANICS:


1. Magpalend ng Minimun of P250,000 sa loteng mapipili.

2. Magkakaroon ng buwanang interest sa Capital(balance) ng ipinaheram.

3. Maaaring mabayaran sayo ng Installment/Cash depende sa bumili ng loteng napili.
